Terms of Service

Welcome to Awaken. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website awakendoha.com and the membership services provided by Awaken Mind Sports Center, a company registered in Qatar ("Awaken", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. About Awaken

Awaken provides a women-focused fitness and wellness membership. Members receive access to a library of streamed video sessions covering movement, strength, mobility, breathwork, and recovery. Content is delivered via our website to active subscribers only.

2. Eligibility

By signing up, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• The information you provide (name, email, phone) is accurate and belongs to you.
• You are physically able to participate in fitness activities, or you have consulted a qualified medical professional and have been cleared to do so.

3. Memberships and Payment

Plans and pricing

We offer three membership plans: Monthly, Quarterly, and Half-Year. Prices are displayed in Qatari Riyal (QAR) on the pricing page and may change with notice. Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment and remains active for the duration of the chosen plan.

Payment processing

Payments are processed by SkipCash, our authorised payment provider. We do not store your card details. You authorise SkipCash to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount.

Renewals

Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When your membership ends, your access expires and you may renew at any time by purchasing a new plan. If you renew while still active, the new period extends from your existing end date — you do not lose any remaining time.

Refunds and cancellations

We do not operate a fixed refund policy. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis and should be sent to awakendoha@gmail.com. You may cancel your account at any time, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund of unused subscription time.

4. Account Use

Your account is personal to you. You agree not to share your login credentials, allow others to access the content using your account, or download, copy, or redistribute our video content. Sharing accounts or content may result in immediate termination of your membership without refund.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on Awaken — including videos, written material, the "Awaken" name, logo, and design — is the intellectual property of Awaken Mind Sports Center or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view the content for the duration of your active membership. You acquire no other rights.

6. Health Disclaimer

Awaken sessions are general fitness and wellness content, not medical advice. Before starting any new physical activity, especially if you are pregnant, recovering from injury, or have a medical condition, consult a qualified healthcare professional. You participate at your own risk. Awaken is not liable for any injury, illness, or loss resulting from your use of our content.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Awaken for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts, our systems, or our payment infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our video content through any means.
• Use Awaken to harass, abuse, or harm any other person, including our team.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms, attempt fraudulent payment, share your account, or behave in a way that harms Awaken or its members. In cases of material breach, no refund will be issued.

9. Service Availability

We work to keep Awaken available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Occasional downtime for maintenance, third-party outages (Vercel, Supabase, Vimeo, SkipCash), or circumstances beyond our control may temporarily prevent access. We are not liable for losses caused by such interruptions.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and notify active members by email if changes are material. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising from your use of Awaken will be resolved in the competent courts of Qatar.
